IR Prepayment Carrier Centralized Reading System

 Using the latest generation of advanced low-voltage power line carrier communication technology, digital signal processing technology and network anti-jamming technology, combined with network management and information processing software, IR Prepayment Carrier Centralized Reading system can achieve remote auto-collection of data,
data storage and processing, checking, management control, line loss calculation, power control, reporting and other functions of an integrated management. Power company can timely access to low-voltage electricity area users’ data, monitoring and controlling electricity consumption with the system. The System is applied to prepayment and control management of low-voltage users. Real-time used electricity will be automatically deducted from charged electricity, and the remaining volume will be displayed. When the remaining power is low, the alarm automatically prompts the user to recharge. Automatic power off will be made with zero remaining volume. recharge ensure the power use, which also ensures tariff recovery.


Main functions:

1) Direct infrared to communication between data-collector and prepayment watt meters, no wiring.

2) Centralized reading; meter data of each month (reading date) are stored;

3) Regular meter reading, support temporary manual meter reading;

4) Remote monitoring of meter state;

5) Retrieval and monitoring of payment status;

6) Statistics and analysis of meter data, tariff calculation, calculation of line loss, reports generation;

7) Meter reading period is settable, system timing setting;

8) Monitoring of load and alarm for unmoral power-use;

9) Provide system information access like public data interface for power tariff checking and power management etc.;

10) Data concentrator communicates with the management center via public telephone lines, special cables or GSM data channel.

11) Infrared prepayment and control functions achieve local control and real-time monitoring;

12) Infrared remote communication charge with infrared communication range of up to 3 meters;

13) Recording power-use trend, reflecting the load changes of specific power users, it is convenient to facilitate energy-saving management
